Advanced Science Publishes ECUST New Progress in Smart Living Bacteria Therapeutics for Tumor Treatment

Professor Ye Bangce’s research team at the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering recently made new progress in the development of intelligent living bacteria therapeutics and their application in precise tumor treatment. The related research article was published in the top-tier international journal Advanced Science under the title “Self-adjusting Engineered Probiotic for Targeted Tumor Colonization and Local Therapeutics Delivery”.

Postdoctoral researcher Zou Zhenping from ECUST is the first author. Professors Ye Bangce and Zhou Ying are the corresponding authors. The research was funded by the NSFC Key Program, the National Key R&D Program, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (Special Funding and General Program).
